Brew Crew 6® Lady Fingers
Ingredients
12 jalapeños
2 cups Brew Crew 6® special relish cream cheese
12 water chestnuts
6 slices of hearty bacon
BBQ rub/mix
12 toothpicks
Instructions
1. Wash & then cut stem and cap off of jalapeños.
2. Fill jalapeños half way with cream cheese.
3. Place water chestnut in jalapeño.
4. Top off the Jalapeños with the remaining cream cheese.
5. Wrap 1/2 slice of bacon around jalapeño tightly.
6. Insert toothpick thru bacon and jalapeño tightly securing the bacon in place.
7. Sprinkle top of jalapeños with BBQ rub or mix of your choice.
8. a. Place in smoker for approx. 20-25 minutes OR
b. Place in grill for approx 10-12 minutes.
Cooking times will vary with different grills and their temperatures.
